Job Description
The Manager, CRM Platforms is accountable for leading the development and ongoing evolution of Cone Health s enterprise CRM and engagement platforms in support of contact center operations and an integrated, consumer centric experience. This role ensures CRM capabilities align with Cone Health s strategic priorities by enabling efficient, data driven contact center workflows while strengthening how consumers engage with Cone Health across digital and assisted channels.
Essential Job Function:
- Take charge of the Salesforce development team, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Engage with stakeholders to outline project requirements and devise a strategic direction for enhancing Salesforce capabilities.
- Manage the complete development cycle, upholding optimal methods for coding, testing, and releasing.
- Oversee the integration initiatives connecting Salesforce with in-house systems and third-party apps.
- Set up and sustain a governance framework to supervise the development of Salesforce while ensuring alignment with security and data privacy protocols.
- Engage in mentoring and coaching activities to cultivate a workplace culture that prioritizes ongoing progress and advancement.
- Assess the system's efficiency and feedback from users to determine where enhancements and optimizations can be made.
- Stay current with Salesforce upgrades, capabilities, and trends in the industry to foster innovation and enhance system efficiency.
- Effectively oversee the budget, timeline, and allocation of resources for a project.
- Carries out supplementary responsibilities as designated.
Education
- Required: Bachelor s degree in a discipline requiring mastery of information technology and software development principles. Preferred: Master s degree in information technology or related field
Experience
- Required: 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.). 5+ years in a leadership role, managing development teams and complex projects. Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, tools, and best practices. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Preferred: 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.). Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are highly desirable. Experience working in a healthcare technology environment.
Licensure/Certification/Listing
- Preferred: PMP, ITIL or Agile certifications
