Job Description
The CRM Project Manager's primary responsibility is to collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to advance the project and deliver solutions driven by processes, people, and technology. It is essential for this individual to ensure that all solutions conform to organizational standards, controls, and best operational practices. The role revolves around developing and overseeing the project from inception to completion, managing project scope, timeline, hardware and software procurement, resource allocation, and project implementation.
Essential Job Function:
- Carries out typical project management protocols following PMI directives.
- Provides guidance on significant projects led by less seasoned project management practitioners.
- * Creates project status reporting formats specific to the different categories of stakeholders usually affiliated with a project.
- - Engages in partnership and directs the development of effective strategies and procedures for IT project supervision.
- *Consistently pursues learning opportunities across the breadth of IT services to develop a robust technical understanding.*.
- - Carries out standard Program and Portfolio Management duties within the IT department as necessary.
- - Assists in coaching and mentoring individuals in the field of project management to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Executes any other responsibilities as delegated.
Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
Experience
- Required: 5 years
Licensure/Certification/Listing
- Required: Project Management Professional (PMP)
