Responsibilities:
Conducts physical evaluations on patients in a non-hospital environment, examines their medical background, and analyzes test findings to deliver appropriate medical care to the individual.
Administers preemptive health assessments considering the individual's age, medical background, and specific requirements for offering anticipatory medical attention.
Provides information to patients and their loved ones regarding medical issues, treatment options, and post-care instructions.
Keeps a comprehensive record of patient care across various primary care facilities to guarantee the precision of patient medical backgrounds.
Carries out medical treatments following the protocols established by the department and clinical responsibilities required in clinics for outpatients.
Enhances outpatient care through the examination, troubleshooting, and assessment of both clinical and systemic concerns to drive improvements.
Carries out additional responsibilities as required.

Required:
Valid NC RN and Nurse Midwife or NP license OR NC PA license
Board Certified within 1 year of date of hire by either the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) for PA's OR the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Certification Corporation (NCC) for NP's OR the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) or The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB)
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
Neonatal Resuscitation Protocol (NRP) Certification required for Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers
IVC Certified within 90 days of employment for Behavorial Health Advance Practice Provider
