Overview:
The LPN Hospital collaborates with the Registered Nurse or healthcare provider within a hospital setting to provide top-tier patient care. With supervision, this role concentrates on developing and executing care plans within the hospital and arranging equipment for procedures throughout the organization's hospital systems.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the care team requires gathering patient history and medical information to ensure comprehensive case documentation is included in hospital medical records.
Assists in devising and carrying out care plans as instructed by the Registered Nurse or healthcare professional to meet the needs of individuals receiving treatment in a medical facility.
Verifies that safety precautions and proper methods align with Cone Health standards for maintaining sterility.
The communication of health care instructions to patients and their families is necessary to facilitate the implementation of the care plan.
Contributes to managing emergencies and safety hazards by employing personal protective equipment and hospital safety measures to prevent patient harm.
Completes other assignments given.
