Responsibilities:
Conducts physical evaluations in the office setting, examines the patient's medical background, and analyzes the findings of diagnostic exams to offer appropriate medical care to the patient.
Administers preventative health checks tailored to the patient's age, medical background, and specific requirements to deliver anticipatory medical services.
Provides patients and their families with information on specialized medical conditions, treatment options, and post-care instructions.
Keeps track of patient care information to guarantee consistent recording of accurate patient histories in various locations.
Conducts specialized medical procedures within office settings following departmental protocols and clinical responsibilities.
Identifies ways to improve outpatient specialty care by assessing, problem-solving, and evaluating clinical and system issues.
Carries out additional tasks as delegated.

Required:
Valid NC RN and Nurse Midwife or NP license OR NC PA license
Board Certified within 1 year of date of hire by either the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) for PA's OR the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Certification Corporation (NCC) for NP's OR the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) or The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB)
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
Neonatal Resuscitation Protocol (NRP) Certification required for Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers
IVC Certified within 90 days of employment for Behavorial Health Advance Practice Provider
