Overview:
Alamance OBGYN is currently recruiting a Relief OBGYN Physician to join their team. Their practice offers a complete spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care, with a staff that includes 2 OB/GYNs, 7 full-time CNMs, and a PA located in the office.
- Call is currently 1:4. Second call only
- 4-day work week
- Full laparoscopy equipment and da Vinci robot available in ORs.
- Competitive Salary including yearly bonus potential for total compensation up to $400,000

Located in Burlington, North Carolina, Alamance Regional Medical Center (ARMC) offers a favorable climate that features four seasons, including clear blue skies and mild winters for your enjoyment. Take advantage of your time off work to explore the diverse surrounding areas, as the hospital is conveniently positioned within 2.5 hours of the beach, 2 hours of the spectacular Blue Ridge Mountains, and two well-known ski resorts. With two airports located less than 45 minutes away, you can easily access various travel destinations using the substantial CME budget provided by ARMC.
About the hospital:
Our hospital falls under the umbrella of the Cone Health system. ARMC serves as a community hospital that houses a level 2 nursery. We have direct access to a level 3 nursery within our healthcare system, located 18 miles away. Moreover, Duke and UNC medical facilities are both situated within a convenient 40-minute drive. We offer dedicated OR block times and comprehensive laparoscopy services, featuring three specialized da Vinci robot-operated rooms. The ambiance within our labor and delivery, postpartum, and operating rooms promotes a collaborative and congenial atmosphere. We maintain a cooperative and mutually beneficial working relationship with another local OB/GYN practice, emphasizing unity and teamwork.
