Overview:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), the main responsibility is to provide exceptional patient care and secure positive patient outcomes through the empathetic and effective application of nursing expertise. Operating under broad supervision, this role advances professional nursing practices by managing patient care through the nursing process and fostering collaboration among different specialties.
Responsibilities:
Reviews patient conditions and requirements in the assigned unit in order to provide nursing care that is tailored to each patient's needs and ensure proper attention is given to all.
Investigates patient information, including medical backgrounds, diagnostic findings, and present conditions, to create personalized nursing care plans.
Executes nursing processes like administering medications and performing therapies to deliver thorough and effective patient assistance.
Aligns medical records with regulatory standards and organizational policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assessing the patient's response to interventions and identifying any additional measures required to meet defined care goals.
Works together with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to guarantee efficient coordination of care planning.
Completes tasks beyond regular assignments.
