In the role of a Registered Nurse (RN), the focus is on delivering top-quality patient care and ensuring positive patient outcomes by employing nursing expertise with compassion and efficiency. Working under general oversight, this position enhances professional nursing standards by overseeing patient care using the nursing process and collaborating with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Evaluates the needs and health conditions of patients in the designated unit to administer nursing care effectively and meet the specific requirements of each individual.
Assesses patient details, involving past medical records, test findings, and immediate health status, to establish tailored nursing care plans.
Implements nursing processes, such as giving medications and conducting therapies, to offer comprehensive and efficient patient assistance.
Validates medical records to ensure they meet regulatory standards and comply with internal policies.
Analyzing the patient's reaction to treatments and determining any supplementary interventions needed to fulfill specified care targets.
Collaborates with professionals from various disciplines to ensure comprehensive and tailored care plans.
Undertakes supplementary duties as needed.
