Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides exceptional patient care and guarantees positive patient outcomes through the compassionate and efficient application of nursing expertise. Operating under general supervision, this position promotes professional nursing practice by coordinating patient care through the nursing process and multidisciplinary teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Examines patient requirements and medical conditions in the allocated unit to offer personalized nursing assistance tailored to meet their specific needs.
Examines patient information, like medical background, diagnostic results, and current health status, to design tailored nursing care plans.
Establishes nursing processes, such as medication administration and therapies, to deliver comprehensive and proficient patient care.
Verifies medical documents to ensure they align with regulatory guidelines and internal protocols.
Evaluating how patients respond to interventions and recognizing any further interventions required to attain the defined care objectives.
Collaborates with professionals from different specialties to optimize care planning strategies.
Conducts other duties as instructed.
