In the role of an RN, providing top-notch patient care is the main objective, and this is achieved through the application of nursing knowledge with compassion and effectiveness. Nurses also play a vital role in coordinating care through the nursing process and collaborating with others in the healthcare team to promote professional nursing practice.
Responsibilities:
Nurses in the assigned unit analyze patient needs and conditions to offer personalized care that meets their unique requirements.
Creating personalized nursing care plans involves analyzing patient information, such as their medical history, diagnostic results, and current condition, to establish appropriate treatment procedures.
With the goal of providing thorough and successful patient care, nursing processes such as medication dispersal and the administration of treatments are carefully prepared.
Reviews medical records to ensure that they meet regulatory requirements and organizational protocols.
Scrutinizes the patient's reaction to therapies and identifies the need for additional interventions to execute pre-defined care targets.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary care professionals to devise effective strategies for patient care.
Undertakes supplementary duties as required.
