The RN plays a vital role in delivering top-notch patient care and ensuring favorable patient outcomes. With a focus on nursing knowledge, compassion, and efficiency, this position works under supervision to promote professional nursing practice through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
Evaluates the needs of each patient and their specific health conditions in order to deliver effective nursing care within the assigned unit, ensuring that the appropriate intervention is carried out.
Analyzing every aspect of the patient's medical history, diagnostic reports, and current condition is crucial in developing a nursing care plan that is specifically designed for each patient.
Creating nursing plans for patient treatment, including administering medication and providing treatments, is crucial for optimal healthcare delivery.
Validates medical records to guarantee compliance with both organizational policies and legal requirements.
Assesses patient's reaction to therapies and ascertains if more interventions are required to accomplish established care objectives.
Efforts are made to effectively coordinate care planning through collaborative interdisciplinary team efforts.
