Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care and ensures positive patient outcomes through the compassionate and efficient application of nursing knowledge. Working under general supervision, this role promotes professional nursing practice by coordinating patient care through the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Analyzes the patient needs and health conditions on the assigned unit as a basis for delivering nursing care that is individualized and comprehensive in addressing their medical requirements.
Assesses patient records, diagnostic results, and existing health status, in order to formulate individualized nursing care plans.
Carries out nursing tasks such as medication distribution and treatments to deliver effective patient care.
Aligns healthcare records to guarantee precision and compliance with industry standards and institutional procedures.
Analyzes patient reactions to treatments and identifies any supplementary interventions needed to attain specified care goals.
Collaborates with a range of healthcare specialists to devise holistic care plans.
Carries out extra duties as instructed.
