The RN position is centered around delivering high-quality patient care that yields desirable outcomes through the competent and caring application of nursing knowledge. Coordinating patient care through the nursing process and working with diverse healthcare professionals are some of the ways that nurses promote professional nursing practice.
Responsibilities:
Every patient in the assigned unit receives individualized care because nursing staff review each patient's conditions and needs.
Creating personalized nursing care plans involves analyzing patient information, such as their medical history, diagnostic results, and current condition, to establish appropriate treatment procedures.
The nursing team follows a systematic approach, including the effective delivery of medication and treatments, to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
Reviews medical records to ensure that they meet regulatory requirements and organizational protocols.
Analyzes patient's response to interventions and pinpoints any supplementary intercessions that are crucial for accomplishing the predefined care objectives.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary care professionals to devise effective strategies for patient care.
Performs tasks as instructed by superiors.
