Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is tasked with delivering superior patient care and ensuring favorable patient results through the compassionate and efficient utilization of nursing knowledge. Operating under general direction, this role promotes the enhancement of professional nursing practice by managing patient care through the nursing process and multidisciplinary teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Reviews patient needs and conditions within the assigned unit to ensure the provision of nursing care that addresses each patient's individual needs accurately.
Scrutinizes patient data, comprising past medical records, test results, and existing condition, to formulate tailored nursing care designs.
Carries out nursing procedures, like administering medication and treatments, to offer comprehensive and effective patient care.
Reviews medical records to guarantee their accuracy and alignment with regulatory standards and company policies.
Reviews patient responses to interventions and pinpoints additional interventions required to meet specific care goals.
Works collectively with a diverse care team to formulate comprehensive care plans for patients.
Performs extra responsibilities as directed.
