Overview:
To ensure positive outcomes and outstanding patient care, the RN utilizes nursing knowledge and skills, empathy, and efficiency. The position involves working under general supervision, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care, and promoting professional nursing practice.
Responsibilities:
Surveys the medical records and current condition of the patients in the designated unit to provide suitable nursing care, making sure all necessary interventions are implemented.
By scrutinizing a patient's medical history, current condition, and diagnostic results, healthcare practitioners can devise nursing care plans that are customized to individual needs.
To ensure comprehensive and effective patient care, nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatment, are carefully prepared.
Ensures accuracy of medical records by reconciling them in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Observes patient's reaction to interventions and pinpoints any extra measures necessary to reach predetermined care goals.
Successful care planning is made possible through collaborative efforts with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Accomplishes other tasks as designated.
