Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to provide exceptional patient care and ensure successful patient outcomes by applying nursing knowledge with compassion and efficiency. Working under supervision, this role contributes to the promotion of professional nursing practice by coordinating patient care through the nursing process and collaboration with a variety of healthcare disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Reviews patient needs and health circumstances in the designated unit, ensuring the provision of individualized nursing care to fulfill each patient's specific requirements.
Evaluates patient data, such as medical records, test findings, and present state, in order to establish personalized nursing strategies.
Executes nursing processes, like administering medication and treatments, to offer thorough and effective patient care.
Confirms the accuracy and regulatory compliance of medical records in line with organizational policies.
Reviews patient responses to interventions and pinpoints additional interventions required to meet specific care goals.
Cooperates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
Completes other duties as instructed.
