Responsibilities:
The assessment of patient's physical abilities, medical history, and functional limitations guides the development of personalized treatment plans.

EDUCATION:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
EXPERIENCE:
Required: 3 years
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIRED
Required:
North Carolina license by the NCPT Board of Physical Therapy Examiners; BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
