In the capacity of a Registered Nurse (RN), the emphasis is on delivering high-caliber patient care and achieving favorable patient outcomes through the compassionate and efficient utilization of nursing expertise. Working under general supervision, this position advances professional nursing practices by orchestrating patient care through the nursing process and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
Examines patient needs and health conditions on the assigned unit to guarantee that nursing care is carried out effectively and every patient's needs are met.
Scrutinizes patient records, which consist of medical histories, test results, and current health status, to develop personalized nursing care plans.
Performs nursing processes, including medication administration and treatment execution, to offer holistic and impactful patient care.
Confirms the accuracy and compliance of medical records with both regulatory standards and internal policies.
Monitoring the patient's reaction to treatments and recognizing any extra interventions necessary to meet defined care goals.
Works collectively with a diverse care team to plan and deliver effective healthcare services.
