Overview:
The Fitness Center Coordinator is responsible for supervising the day-to-day functions of the Fitness Center, which involves supervising fitness personnel, authorizing new program or service introductions, executing advertising campaigns, and evaluating membership amenities. As a pivotal position, this role significantly influences the prosperity of the Fitness Center by establishing operational goals and guaranteeing that employees adhere to policies and protocols.
Responsibilities:
Manages the daily operations of the fitness center team, which consists of fitness experts, group exercise organizers, and personal coaches.
Provides suggestions for essential staff members that support the Fitness Center's goals and participates in the recruitment, instruction, and assessment of employees.
Leads group workout sessions while accommodating the diverse fitness levels of attendees and upholding safety protocols.
Suggests or endorses fresh program options to enhance overall well-being, boost profits, and expand services available.
Manages all facets of membership such as member onboarding, loyalty, invoicing, technology, documentation, and messaging.
Ensures the gym and its equipment are maintained in a safe and hygienic condition to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Carries out additional tasks as required.
