Job Description
Operating with minimal oversight, the HR Business Partner functions as a strategic counselor who leverages their healthcare sector proficiency and HR comprehension to propel the organization's mission. The key responsibilities include engaging in discussions with business leaders to tackle significant human resources challenges, executing HR strategies, and offering HR-related guidance to specific business sectors. The role is characterized by a combination of duties that involve being physically present on-site and maintaining a visible presence within the organization.
Essential Job Function:
- Works alongside corporate decision-makers to devise inventive business plans focused on drawing in, growing, inspiring, and keeping skilled individuals.
- Provides mentoring and assistance to executives dealing with HR challenges.
- Works alongside company leadership to establish backup plans for key positions, nurture a pool of skilled individuals, and implement methods to keep valuable employees within the organization for an extended period.
- Works alongside business leaders to comprehend their concerns and issues, putting forward HR approaches and projects to mitigate them proactively.
- Plays a key role in HR tasks and campaigns concerning organizational structure, transition handling, inclusivity, and staff motivation.
- Oversees small to medium-sized projects.
- Undertakes any other assigned responsibilities.
Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience
- Required: 5 years of related human resources experience or related business experience.
Licensure/Certification/Listing
- Required: SHRM-(S)CP - (S)PHR or CHHR.
