Experience a diverse patient care atmosphere by joining our Annie Penn Rehab team, where different services are offered in one central location. Our team consists of 8 PTs, 2 PTAs, as well as OTs and SLPs providing treatment across all stages of life. Positioned in the heart of Reidsville, we are conveniently situated and only a short drive of under 30 minutes from Greensboro. Therapists with us are eligible for an additional $2.50 per hour in rural pay, conducting one-on-one 45-minute sessions with patients.

The core function of this position involves delivering medical care to children within our care, who often have diagnoses including autism, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, genetic conditions, neurological disorders, and related health concerns.
The Physical Therapist II conducts assessments on patients, devises customized treatment strategies, and enacts therapeutic approaches to optimize functional performance. Proficiency in catering to all patients within the clinical setup and fulfilling physical therapy duties without constant oversight is a key requirement for this position. Initiating dialogue among team members from diverse backgrounds, treating known patients assuredly, and supporting the interests of patients and colleagues are pivotal responsibilities. Operating independently at the primary site is pivotal, although occasional assistance might be necessary when dealing with intricate matters during temporary coverage.
