Job Description

The Program Manager is responsible for facilitating the coordination and organization of operational activities specific to a particular venture within the institution, assuming an oversight role in managing its day-to-day operations. Working with guidance, the incumbent helps in establishing metrics tailored to the industry, such as key performance indicators (KPIs), to assess the success of the program, routinely evaluating patient satisfaction levels, healthcare outcomes, and resource utilization, and pinpointing areas for ongoing enhancement and innovative delivery of patient services. The ideal candidate for the program manager role should have relevant experience, including familiarity with Accountable Care organizations, federal regulatory programs, value-based reimbursement structures, EHR donation programs, and community engagement activities. Furthermore, a significant advantage would be given to individuals with extensive experience in overseeing significant projects, particularly those involving Epic certifications, and a background in ambulatory care services.

  • Establishes and maintains strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, which include healthcare professionals specializing in various fields, administrators of hospital departments, local health institutions, community influencers, and financial backers.
