Essential Job Function
- Uses knowledge of patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in the interventional unit, ensuring that each patient is provided with the necessary and specific care.
- Helps with interventional treatments to ensure they meet both clinical guidelines and the specific needs of the patient.
- Aids in the advancement of patient care plans and clinical outcomes to improve the efficacy of interventional techniques.
- Backs up healthcare teams to guarantee smooth organization and adherence to interventional protocols.
- Accumulates and analyzes data to assist high-level management in strategic planning and procedural consequences.
- Undertakes any other assigned obligations.
Education
- Required: Associate's Degree in NursingPreferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience
- Required: 2 years as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in a critical care specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations
Licensure/Certification/Listing
- Required:Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact stateBLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
