Job Description
This role involves overseeing the coordination of activities and operations within a specific department. The Internal Consultant engages with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to evaluate new ventures and establish the required scope and resources for successful outcomes. Acting as an in-house Lean expert, they guide the division in aligning its work and resources with the broader Lean strategies of the organization, while also delivering Lean training and assistance to enhance divisional operations. The parameters of each assignment are clearly delineated in the formal offer documentation.
Essential Job Function:
- Provides consultancy services to both internal and external associates regarding quality methodologies, tools, and procedures aimed at optimizing operational enhancements.
- Assumes the role of a skilled leader in charge of system-wide projects aimed at improving quality performance, managing multifaceted projects that involve multiple departments.
- Functions as a point of contact for external agencies to foster cooperative efforts in collaborative projects.
- Manages assignments within the allocated sector to enhance productivity and foster collaboration among different units.
- Supporting leaders in the formulation of goals that flow down from the overarching organizational strategies, along with designing pathways and monitoring mechanisms to supervise the responsibility and headway in attaining these objectives.
- Offering assistance to division leaders on budget matters to enhance the division's financial stewardship practices.
- Responsible for overseeing vendor relationships to ensure accurate outcomes benchmarking.
- Executes any other responsibilities as delegated.
Education:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
- Required: 7 years.
