Overview:
In the capacity of a Practice Leader III, there is a responsibility for overseeing staff and the day-to-day departmental functions. This entails addressing performance concerns, devising action plans, and facilitating the integration of new staff, APPs, and physicians to ensure they receive the essential resources and support for their professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervises designated administrative and clinical personnel; hires, recruits, and terminates staff as necessary to uphold effective procedures, ensures compliance with guidelines, and plans coverage for unoccupied positions.
Administers timekeeping with Kronos, evaluates employees, utilizes iCompass, and conducts stay interviews for the purpose of supporting staff development and retention.
Directs the training of new team members in administrative processes, oversees the adherence to established protocols for administrative duties, and conducts competency evaluations for all personnel to uphold excellence in patient care.
Guaranteeing a pleasant guest visit involves adhering to Steps of Service protocols and effectively managing any potential conflicts to enhance patient happiness and clinic repute.
Functions as a valuable resource for team members by assisting in all tasks as required by the workload and staff availability, thereby contributing to the effective functioning of the clinic and overseeing the acquisition and management of office and clinical resources when needed.
Executes initiatives aimed at increasing clinic efficiency and raising the standard of patient care to meet industry expectations.
Undertakes supplementary duties as requested.
