Job Description
The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) offers exceptional patient care within the clinic environment, with supervision from medical professionals. Collaboration with physicians or APP providers is essential in maintaining a well-organized and secure clinic environment through the implementation of precise clinical procedures and adherence to established protocols. Administrative tasks, including the verification and synchronization of information from different healthcare documents such as patient files, physician notes, test results, and treatment strategies, may also be carried out by the Clinic RN.
Essential Job Function
- Assesses clinical methods, rules, and strategies to verify conformity with company standards and legal obligations.
- Provides direct patient care; conducts comprehensive assessments, administers medications and treatments, and monitors patients' conditions to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Oversees and appraises the performance of less experienced colleagues, furnishing them with direction, assessments, and encouragement to enhance the standard of care given and foster their professional progress.
- Collaborates across disciplines to harmonize patient care strategies, foster effective communication, and support cohesive care provisions in varied healthcare contexts.
- Completes supplementary assignments as designated.
Education:
- Required: Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Experience:
Licensure/Certification/Listing:
- Required: Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
