Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides outstanding patient care and secures positive patient outcomes by implementing nursing expertise with compassion and efficiency. Within this role, working under general supervision, the RN supports professional nursing standards by organizing patient care using the nursing process and interdisciplinary cooperation.
Responsibilities:
Evaluates patient conditions and necessities on the assigned unit to provide appropriate nursing care that fulfills their requirements adequately.
Scrutinizes patient data, consisting of medical history, diagnostic results, and current condition, to devise personalized nursing care plans.
Develops nursing strategies, such as medication delivery and therapies, to offer comprehensive and impactful patient care.
Verifies medical documents to ensure they align with regulatory guidelines and internal protocols.
Assessing the patient's response to interventions and pinpointing any additional actions needed to achieve the defined care objectives.
Joins forces with a cross-functional care team to ensure comprehensive care planning.
Executes tasks as delegated.
