Job Description
Managing the upkeep of buildings within the designated campus is the primary responsibility of the Supervisor Facilities. Oversight and coordination of maintenance tasks are essential to ensure that work is carried out according to specified standards.
Essential Job Function:
- Manages preventative maintenance tasks to uphold compliance with standards and prevent equipment failures.
- Monitors and enforces compliance with safety protocols mandated by local, state, and federal authorities to protect employees and occupants.
- Manages construction and renovation efforts to facilitate efficient project completion.
- Analysis of records, such as task progress, expenses, and operational procedures, for managerial evaluation of planning and oversight updates.
- Provides training to staff as necessary to keep them informed about updates and changes in equipment and systems.
- Allocates assignments to staff members to ensure the orderly scheduling of maintenance and repair projects.
- Executes any other assigned responsibilities.
Education
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Required: 5 years of related experience, including 2-3 years of experience supervising others
