The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering quality patient care that results in positive outcomes. This requires applying their extensive nursing knowledge and skills in an efficient and compassionate manner.
Responsibilities:
Examines the health necessities and status of patients within the designated area to furnish nursing care, assuring that each patient obtains proper medical attention.
In order to generate patient-centered plans for nursing care, an in-depth examination of the medical history, diagnostic data, and current ailment is carried out.
Nursing processes, like medication administration and treatment planning, play a critical role in the delivery of comprehensive and effective patient care.
Examines and crosschecks medical records, assuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitoring the effects of interventions on the patient and identifying any further interventions required to reach the established care goals.
Helps coordinate the delivery of care by bringing together various healthcare professionals.
Concludes supplementary responsibilities as assigned.
