Responsibilities:
Conducts physical examinations on patients at a clinic, evaluates their past medical records, and analyzes findings from diagnostic tests to deliver appropriate therapy.
Performs proactive health screenings tailored to individual patients' age, medical background, and specific requirements to enhance preventive healthcare services.
Provides information to patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and post-care instructions.
Keeps track of patient treatment information within primary care facilities to verify precision of patient medical background.
Carries out medical interventions following the protocols and responsibilities specified by the department in outpatient medical facilities.
Evaluating outpatient care involves scrutinizing and addressing clinical and systemic challenges to enhance the overall quality of services provided.
Carries out additional tasks as required.

Required:
Valid NC RN and Nurse Midwife or NP license OR NC PA license
Board Certified within 1 year of date of hire by either the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) for PA's OR the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Certification Corporation (NCC) for NP's OR the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) or The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB)
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
Neonatal Resuscitation Protocol (NRP) Certification required for Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers
IVC Certified within 90 days of employment for Behavorial Health Advance Practice Provider
