This position's main responsibilities are centered on providing superior customer service, supervising insurance verification and referral management, and providing assistance for Patient Access Advocate I's orientation.

An accomplished graduate of a licensed medical office training course.
Experience:
One year of experience in clerical work, specifically within medical settings, as well as previous employment providing customer service within the healthcare field.
Skilled in utilizing the EPIC Cadence/Prelude system to manage patient schedules and optimize clinic flow
