Overview:
The Practice Administrator oversees the general well-being and operations of 1-4 practices or 8-25 providers within a specific region or specialty group (such as Primary Care or Specialty). They are tasked with ensuring there is effective leadership at each site and that the practices are meeting performance goals in terms of key metrics related to patient care and financial outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Maximizing access availability and volumes involves optimizing provider templates, addressing obstacles to provider productivity, and increasing patient interaction time, ultimately leading to enhanced patient satisfaction and higher practice revenue.
Preserves optimal staffing levels, encourages team involvement, and enables teams to tackle daily challenges and obstacles, working with the Director in provider recruitment and swiftly resolving provider-related issues as needed.
Collaborates with the Director and healthcare professionals regarding provider agreements, showcasing a comprehensive grasp of the Resource-Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS) and how it influences reimbursement and payment, leading to improved relationships with providers and increased profitability for the practice.
Upholds internal policies, protocols, and regulatory standards across business divisions to secure adherence and guarantee a top-tier level of patient care and operational effectiveness.
Oversees TNM results of individual business sectors, working together with site managers to define process indicators that monitor TNM advancements on a daily basis. Actively adjusts methods and protocols as needed to address any shortcomings in metrics, guaranteeing a constant enhancement in both patient services and operational effectiveness.
Ensures that financial goals are met in the business divisions by consistently evaluating financial information, enacting necessary measures for discrepancies, supervising appropriate financial protocols like cash management and revenue generation, and assuming responsibility for revenue outcomes, including initiatives to enhance revenue and manage accounts receivable effectively.
