Overview:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing, leading, and coordinating a range of operational and strategic projects. In this position, they act as a consultant in project management, guiding and supervising the efforts of operational executives. Collaborating with both internal and external consultants and stakeholders, this role ensures seamless coordination of activities.
Responsibilities:
Creates and executes detailed action plans and monitoring mechanisms to ensure projects are completed within defined parameters of time, budget, and scope.
Coordinates the efforts of different internal and external entities to ensure consistency with all involved parties.
Enhances communication by implementing a well-structured communication strategy to aptly articulate project advancements to stakeholders within and outside the organization.
Establishes and supervises a cooperative setting for providing access to a library of various documents and resources for important stakeholders.
Assisting leaders in anticipating and getting ready for different projects or work streams minimizes the disturbance to operational flow when introducing important initiatives.
Assesses project procedures of finished occasions to enhance ongoing process enhancement.
Carries out additional responsibilities as directed.
