Overview:
The primary duty of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to provide top-notch patient care and guarantee successful patient outcomes by utilizing nursing knowledge with empathy and efficiency. Under a level of supervision, this position advances professional nursing standards by organizing patient care through the nursing process and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
Examines patient needs and medical conditions within the unit to deliver nursing care that is tailored to each patient's requirements and ensures comprehensive support is provided.
Evaluates patient information, which incorporates medical backgrounds, diagnostic reports, and current well-being, to formulate customized nursing care plans.
Implements nursing practices, including medication delivery and treatment application, to provide comprehensive and efficient patient care.
Checks medical records for accuracy and compliance with both regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Observing the patient's response to interventions and pinpointing any additional measures needed to accomplish defined care goals.
Partners with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize the planning of patient care.
Carries out extra responsibilities as assigned.
