Overview:
As an RN Float, you are expected to demonstrate agility and adaptability in delivering quality patient care services across different units and departments. You must have excellent collaborative skills to effectively work with interdisciplinary teams and meet the needs of patients in different clinical settings.
Responsibilities:
Effortlessly shifts between different areas of nursing care, offering a seamless transition and consistent quality of care to patients in need.
Cooperates with cross-functional units, doctors, and auxiliary personnel to administer patient-centered healthcare and establish efficient communication channels across departments.
Carries out thorough assessments of patients' health status and necessities, formulating care plans personalized to their unique medical backgrounds and conditions.
Quick action during emergencies and critical situations ensures nurses provide immediate care and assistance to stabilize patients.
With a deep understanding of bed availability and capacity management, assists in the placement, admission, and transfer of patients, facilitating seamless movement of individuals throughout the medical center.
Carries out any other tasks given.

If working in a critical care area, ACLS-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider is required.
