Job Description
Overview:
Within the clinic, the Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) is tasked with providing top-notch patient care while being closely monitored. This position involves working together with physicians or APP providers to establish an efficient and secure clinical setting through clearly outlined clinical procedures and a commitment to existing protocols. Furthermore, the Clinic RN may need to undertake administrative tasks like cross-referencing data from different healthcare documents including patient records, physician notes, diagnostic reports, and treatment strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews clinical processes, protocols, and practices to ensure alignment with organizational standards and regulatory mandates.
- Provides patient care directly by conducting thorough assessments, delivering medications and treatments, and overseeing patients' conditions to ensure they achieve the best health results possible.
- Leads and appraises the efforts of less experienced professionals, delivering direction, evaluations, and backing to secure the provision of superior care and career progression.
- Engaging in teamwork with a range of disciplines to arrange patient care, facilitate communication, and ensure the cohesive progression of care across diverse healthcare settings.
- Undertakes any other assigned obligations.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
EXPERIENCE:
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:Required:
- Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
- BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
