In order to ensure positive outcomes for patients, the Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes their extensive knowledge of nursing to provide compassionate and efficient care. This professional is responsible for coordinating patient care through the nursing process and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Surveys the health prerequisites and status of patients within the specified area to administer nursing assistance, making sure that every individual receives suitable care.
Customized nursing care plans are formulated after reviewing personal patient data, medical reports, and latest health condition.
Delivering comprehensive and effective patient care relies on the thoughtful planning and implementation of nursing processes, including medication administration and treatments.
Verifies medical records for precision, adhering to both regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Examining the patient's reaction to interventions and identifying any further medical interventions required to attain the desired care objectives.
Works with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
Performs other functions as prescribed.
