Overview:
As an RN, the central focus is to provide outstanding care to patients and ensure positive health outcomes through the compassionate and proficient delivery of nursing services. Nurses also coordinate patient care through the nursing process and collaboration with other healthcare personnel to improve professional nursing practice.
Responsibilities:
The nursing team assesses patient's demands and medical conditions to deliver precise care that is specific to every patient on the assigned unit.
Creating personalized nursing care plans involves analyzing patient information, such as their medical history, diagnostic results, and current condition, to establish appropriate treatment procedures.
Nursing care is aimed at delivering a holistic approach, with core processes such as administering medication and treatments forming a key part of the care plan.
Verifies medical records for precision and adherence to both regulatory guidelines and organizational procedures.
Examines how the patient responds to treatments and recognizes any further interventions needed to achieve the prescribed objectives of care.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary care professionals to devise effective strategies for patient care.
Carries out other assignments as instructed.
