Job Description
In charge of developing and executing programs related to People & Culture, the People & Culture Program Consultant plays a key role in ensuring organizational functionality meets business aims. With supervision, this individual appraises employee learning schemes, monitors project advancement, and scrutinizes departmental statistics to encourage effectiveness and performance boost company-wide. Furthermore, they are responsible for supervising succession planning efforts and managing the administrative fellowship program while reporting directly to the VP People Consulting.
Essential Job Function:
- Assures the synchronization of HR strategies with the organization's overarching mission to enhance its prosperity.
- Supports the seamless integration and approval of HR schemes by delivering communication, instruction, and aids to aid employees and supervisors in comprehending and acclimating to novel HR regulations, operations, and platforms.
- Encourages and cooperates with important stakeholders like HR specialists, leaders, and workforce to ensure their commitment and engagement in rolling out HR schemes.
- Identifies prospects for refining processes and optimizing HR initiatives.
- Creates standards and methods for evaluating the success and efficiency of HR schemes.
- Furnishes employees with resources, tools, and assistance to promote their grasp and involvement in HR offerings.
- Records and distributes proven methods, experiences acquired, and achievements associated with implementing HR programs.
- Executes tasks as directed by superiors.
Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
Experience
- Required: 4 years of related experience
- Preferred: 1-3 years experience with short and long-timer succession planning programs; project management experience.
