Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) administers top-notch patient care and guarantees successful patient results by applying nursing knowledge with empathy and effectiveness. Essential Job Function:
- Evaluates patient prerequisites and medical situations within the allocated unit for administering tailored nursing services aimed at meeting each patient's specific care requirements effectively.
- Evaluates patient records, which encompass medical chronicles, diagnostic outcomes, and existing status, to establish tailored nursing care blueprints.
- Executes nursing protocols, including the administration of medications and treatments, to ensure holistic and efficient patient support.
- Aligns health records to ensure they meet accuracy standards and comply with regulations and company policies.
- Observing the way patients respond to treatments and determining any supplementary interventions required to fulfill established care goals.
- Engages with interdisciplinary colleagues to create comprehensive care strategies.
- Carries out supplementary responsibilities as directed.
Education:
- Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
.Experience:
- Required: 1 year as a Registered Nurse.
- Preferred: 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations.
Licensure/Certification/Listing:
- Required: Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
