Overview:
The Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) contributes to nursing support and works together to assess patient needs in a clinic atmosphere. With oversight, this position assists in recording patient data, implementing suggestions, and managing administrative tasks to facilitate the delivery of quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Helps healthcare staff in rendering patient care through tasks such as organizing exam rooms, collecting essential measurements, recording medical histories, and updating patient records.
Assesses recommendations made by healthcare providers, such as medication prescriptions, specialist referrals, and diagnostic tests, to confirm their accuracy and efficient implementation.
Supplies patient education and encouragement by elucidating the proposed treatment approaches, medications, and post-treatment protocols, responding to any queries or worries expressed.
Duties consist of setting up appointments, managing patient files, overseeing medical inventory, and assisting in insurance claim procedures.
Helps support healthcare providers by supplying vital patient information that is essential for treating the patient effectively during medical appointments and clinic encounters.
Completes supplementary duties as instructed.

Required:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure: Successfully pass NC Nursing Boards for LPN and maintain a current and continuous unrestricted LPN License.
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
