The primary duty of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to provide top-notch care for patients and guarantee successful patient results by utilizing nursing knowledge with empathy and effectiveness. With a level of supervision, this position fosters professional nursing standards by organizing patient care through the nursing process and teamwork among various disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Assesses patient needs and medical conditions in the assigned area to deliver tailored nursing support and ensure that all patients receive necessary care.
Reviews patient records, which encompass medical histories, diagnostic outcomes, and existing health status, in order to devise unique nursing care plans.
Executes nursing protocols, including the distribution of medications and application of treatments, to ensure holistic and impactful patient care.
Reviews medical documentation to verify its precision and adherence to both regulatory standards and organizational rules.
Observing how patients respond to interventions and pinpointing any additional measures necessary to accomplish defined care goals.
Engages with a multidisciplinary care team to enhance the effectiveness of care planning processes.
