Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides exceptional patient care and guarantees positive patient outcomes through the compassionate and efficient application of nursing expertise. Operating under general supervision, this position promotes professional nursing practice by coordinating patient care through the nursing process and multidisciplinary teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Evaluates patient conditions and necessities on the assigned unit to provide appropriate nursing care that fulfills their requirements adequately.
Reviews patient records, analyzing medical history, diagnostic outcomes, and current health status, in order to craft customized nursing care plans.
Develops nursing techniques, including medication delivery and interventions, to provide thorough and effective patient care.
Confirms the accuracy and compliance of medical documentation with regulations and organizational guidelines.
Evaluates how patients respond to interventions and identifies any additional measures needed to reach the specified care objectives.
Works in coordination with a diverse care team to ensure thorough care planning.
Executes tasks as delegated.
