Job Description
Under supervision, the Operations Attendant aids in member admittance, sales transactions, and spreading information within the firm. This position involves answering phone calls, carrying out cleaning duties, and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to patients, visitors, and medical personnel promptly and efficiently.
Essential Job Function:
- Offers superior customer service to guests and patients who come to the facility, providing accurate details promptly.
- Addresses members with their names and authorizes their access to the club premises, in addition to aiding in the enrollment of both members and visitors into suitable club programs.
- Aids in processing point of sale transactions in line with organizational policies.
- The responsibility includes ensuring that materials and towels are clean, dry, neatly folded, and available in locker rooms for immediate use.
- Aids in overseeing the inventory of logging supplies and alerts the manager when additional stock is necessary to maintain a well-supplied inventory ready for deployment.
- Informs the supervisor or facilities department of necessary equipment repairs to uphold the facility's operational efficiency.
- Executes any other responsibilities as delegated.
Education
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
