Job Description
The ERP Senior Project Manager position seeks an experienced professional to take the lead in critical initiatives related to Accounting, Finance, Budget, and Planning modules within the ERP system. The ideal candidate should possess strategic thinking skills and be able to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure a successful implementation and optimization of ERP systems.
Essential Job Function:
- Carries out regular project management methodologies following PMI recommendations.
- Provides guidance on critical assignments overseen by less seasoned project management practitioners.
- * Creates project status reporting formats designed for various categories of stakeholders typically linked to a project.
- Engages in teamwork and directs the establishment of effective approaches and systems for IT project management.
- * Demonstrates consistent learning in the realm of IT services to cultivate a robust understanding of technical concepts.
- * Carries out standard Program and Portfolio Management duties as necessary in the IT division.
- Provides coaching and mentorship to assist other professionals in adopting effective project management methodologies.
- Executes any other responsibilities given.
Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
Experience
- Required: 5 years
Licensure/Certification/Listing
