Job Description
One aspect of the Registered Nurse (RN) role is to administer exceptional patient care and guarantee favorable patient results by applying nursing knowledge with empathy and efficacy. Essential Job Function

- Interprets patient records, which encompass medical history, diagnostic outcomes, and existing status, in crafting customized nursing care plans.
- Creates nursing protocols that involve administering medications and interventions to deliver holistic and efficient patient healthcare.
- Verifies medical records to guarantee precision and adherence to industry regulations and company protocols.
- Reviews how individuals respond to actions taken and recognizes the need for extra measures to fulfill predetermined care targets.
- Collaborates with a team of professionals from different fields to enhance care planning effectiveness.
- Executes any other responsibilities as designated.
Education
- Required: Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Experience
- Required: 1 year as a Registered Nurse.
- Preferred: 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations.
Licensure/Certification/Listing
- Required: Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state, BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
