Overview:
The Registered Nurse Case Manager offers holistic and organized healthcare services to individuals. Operating with some oversight, this position evaluates patient requirements, engages in care organization, performs investigations, aligns data, and assesses treatment strategies.
Responsibilities:
Evaluates patient scenarios to determine their requirements and create personalized treatment strategies.
Arranges and handles paperwork linked to patient treatment with a focus on precision and adherence to legal standards.
Keeps abreast of current evidence-based practices and healthcare guidelines specific to the designated patient group to integrate the most recent information into treatment strategies.
Assesses and appraises the efficiency of treatment schemes, supervising patient progress, and modifying strategies as necessary to enhance patient welfare for the attainment of intended objectives.
Carries out additional responsibilities as designated.
