Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and securing successful patient outcomes by employing nursing knowledge in a caring and effective manner. With limited supervision, this position fosters the development of professional nursing practices by overseeing patient care utilizing the nursing process and teaming up with diverse healthcare specialists.
Responsibilities:
Assesses the specific needs and health status of patients in the assigned unit, aiming to deliver tailored nursing support that meets the unique requirements of each individual.
Reviews patient details, encompassing medical background, test outcomes, and existing health status, to create tailored nursing care blueprints.
Executes nursing protocols such as the distribution of medications and treatments in order to ensure holistic patient care.
Checks medical files for correctness and conformity with regulatory guidelines and internal rules.
Examines the way patients respond to therapies and pinpoints any extra measures required to fulfill established care targets.
Partners with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create comprehensive care plans.
Executes any other responsibilities as given.
