Job Description
Overview:
The Pharmacist II Ambulatory Retail Specialty Clinic is responsible for providing patients in the community with prescribed medications and offering them guidance. This position involves educating patients, overseeing the work of pharmacy technicians, and working under the overall direction of a pharmacist manager.

Responsibilities:
Adheres to the directives of medical professionals for the precise administration of care to the appropriate individual.
Supervises and authenticates the process of entering, packaging, and dispensing prescription orders.
Offers and oversees drug usage and medication-related details to healthcare providers, patients, and the general population.
Helps assess pharmacy technicians based on the department's and hospital's objectives.
Offers additional clinical services as needed to support patient treatment.
Carries out additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Required:
- Doctor of Pharmacy or BSPharm
EXPERIENCE:
Required: 3 years
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIRED
Required:
Registered Pharmacist in NC
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
