Overview:
In Home Healthcare (HH), the Continuous Care Nurse Assistant International (NAI) Float carries out an evaluation of patient care needs to offer a comprehensive scope of services, ensuring effective home healthcare provision. This role functions with minimal oversight in typical situations, managing tasks related to patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting daily living routines.
Responsibilities:
Works together with evaluating the needs of patients to secure the provision of excellent and tailored home-based healthcare assistance.
Maintains detailed and precise documentation by outlining the processes and guidelines involved in providing home healthcare services.
Provides recommendations for improving home healthcare services to drive positive change in the industry.
Assists in diverse tasks within the home medical care setting to deliver essential assistance to healthcare professionals.
Ensures accurate documentation of patient care activities by creating records and reports to meet reference and regulatory requirements.
Carries out any other tasks as delegated.

Successfully complete BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire date.
Current good standing with the NC Nurse Aide Registry verified through DFS -https://www.ncnar.org/verify_listings1.jsp
Must have reliable transportation with adequate insurance as determined by the organization.
